Tennis balls are not only good for bashing your racquet against when serving or returning, volleying or overhead smashing. After your match, instead of giving those old balls to your dog to chase, think about using them to stretch and relieve your muscles after all of that hard work. There are several stretches that help relieve muscles from your neck to feet. Our favorite of course is known as Sole Searching. This stretch uses the tennis ball to loosen up stiffness in your sole’s muscles, joints, and connective tissues.
